The safety of our customers is our top priority. All of our TREILER components that are responsible for safety are thoroughly checked and tested by an independent testing center such as DEKRA. This means you can be sure that your TREILER will accompany you safely on your travels around the world.

We are pleased to offer you, as a valued customer, a comprehensive 4-year warranty on all of our trailers. This warranty is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your TREILER trailer in the long term. In addition to high-quality products, we place great importance on first-class customer service.

We also offer you the opportunity to further protect your investment. For €499.00 you can purchase a warranty extension to 10 years. This extension not only offers additional security, but also the certainty that we will be there for you in the years to come.

Every single product is checked by us upon receipt of the goods and packaged safely for you for transport. Delivery will then be made either via one of our shipping partners or directly via us. We mostly ship directly to your home with DHL.
